What services do you provide?
We offer comprehensive medical care including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, diagnostic testing, and personalized treatment plans.
Do you offer telehealth or virtual visits?
Yes, we provide secure telehealth appointments for many medical concerns. Telehealth is available for follow-ups, consultations, and certain new symptoms.
Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, appointments are recommended to minimize wait time. Same day appointments may be accepted depending on availability.
What should be completed prior to my appointment?
Please complete your online patient intake. List current medications, concerns, and any previous medical records that may help with your visit.
Will my insurance cover this visit?
At this time, appointments with Dr. Jensen is considered a self-paid service. Dr. Jensen does not accept insurance or medicare/medicaid. He does accept credit card and/or health savings cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid cancellation fees.
